Cutting
This is always the first step. Sheets and plates are cut to your dimensions from the stainless steel you have chosen. For sheet cutting we use, among other things, our large cut-to-length line, precision guillotine shears and a plasma line. We can cut sheets up to 70 mm thick with millimetre precision. We are also flexible on size and can work up to a width of 3,000 mm and a length of 16,000 mm.
Forming
Because a flat made-to-measure stainless steel plate is not always what is needed, we have also built up a forming department. There, sheets are professionally bent and folded, always producing a uniform edge that meets the highest visual standards. As a service, we can offer bent profiles, multiple bends, curves and angles, among others - always adhering to the customer's specifications.
Surface treatment
For different looks and different fields of use, the surface of made-to-measure stainless steel plates must be treated. With us, this is handled by our colleagues in the surface treatment department. Here, the surfaces of stainless steel plates are treated using various processes: we have lines for dry grinding and pickling.

Our made-to-measure 10 mm stainless steel plate is also in high demand. With this material thickness, you get highly resilient sheets that can carry considerable weight - making them very well suited to building shelves. In many sheds and cellars, storage systems are built with this sheet.
