Quotation & ordering
No - ESC Burg deliberately does not run an online shop. Every enquiry is calculated individually, because material, dimensions, quantity and processing determine the price. Send your enquiry via the enquiry form or call +49 3921 72-0. For small quantities and single cut-to-size parts with instant pricing, our sister company BlechMal is available at blechmal.de.
Use the quick enquiry for informal requests or the detailed enquiry with guided pre-selection of material, product, processing and dimensions. Our target: cut parts are ready for dispatch within 48 hours of order clarification. This is made possible by our stock of more than 2,000 tonnes of stainless steel, permanently available.
Range & materials
Standard stainless: 1.4301/1.4307 (304/304L), 1.4404 (316L), 1.4541 (321) and 1.4571 (316Ti). Heat-resistant: 1.4713, 1.4742, 1.4762, 1.4828 and 1.4841. The extended portfolio additionally includes duplex 1.4462, super duplex 1.4410, 1.4539 (904L), aluminium alloys, galvanised Dx51D+Z and creep-resistant 16Mo3 - on request.
Hot-rolled sheets cut from coil: 2-12 mm, up to 2,000 × 16,000 mm. Heavy plates from plate production: over 12 up to 100 mm, up to 3,000 × 6,000 mm. Cold-rolled sheets: 2-4 mm, up to 2,000 × 16,000 mm. Standard sizes or individual fixed sizes from coil are possible.
Yes, on request we supply the corresponding mill certificates. We source our primary material from certified producers in accordance with AD 2000 data sheet W0 and Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU; ESC Burg is authorised to restamp materials properly (TÜV-certified).
Processing
Laser cutting from 0.5 to 30 mm (formats up to 2,500 × 6,200 mm), plasma cutting up to 70 mm (up to 3,000 × 12,500 mm), precision shearing from 1 to 12 mm, and cut-to-length from coil up to 16,000 mm fixed lengths.
Yes - our press brakes produce bent parts up to 6,100 mm in length, including U, Z, C and special profiles as well as multiple bends to drawing. On request, bending lengths up to 8,000 mm and sheet thicknesses up to 20 mm are possible.
Levelling, spray pickling, immersion pickling and dry grinding - all in-house.
Yes. We not only process our own material - by arrangement, our machinery is also available for contract processing with material supplied by the customer.
Company & delivery
Yes, the management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015. The certificates are available for download on the company page.
The plant is located in Burg near Magdeburg (Saxony-Anhalt), centrally between Berlin, Hanover and Leipzig - with its own rail siding on a 360,000 m² site. The site's history dates back to 1908; ESC Burg has been family-run since 2013.
Yes, we deliver worldwide - with a focus on Germany and the European single market. Thanks to the central location in central Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic are also within fast reach.
